Frequently Asked Questions
How do telephone appointments work?
You will receive a phone call from "No Caller ID" or "Private Number" usually within one (1) hour of your appointment time. Please ensure that you remain near your phone during this time and that you are not engaged in any distracting activity (i.e. driving).
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If your appointment was booked using our online booking tool, follow the prompts in your confirmation email to cancel/reschedule. Please note that appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee.
My health card recently expired. What do I do?
To ensure full coverage, all our patients are encouraged to keep their health cards up to date. In most cases, health cards can be easily renewed online here.
