Frequently Asked Questions

How do virtual appointments work?

You will receive an email with a link to your virtual visit 48 hours before your appointment time. You will need either a computer or mobile device (e.g. phone, tablet) that can access the internet to join the appointment. The appointment requires both audio and video connection. 

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If your appointment was booked online, follow the prompts in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule. Please note that appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee. 

My health card recently expired. What do I do?

To ensure full coverage, all our patients are encouraged to keep their health cards up to date. In most cases, health cards can be easily renewed online here.
